"Fast and pleasant " Car buying can be stressful and time consuming, however Max at BMW of Silver Spring made the process much easier by being direct, following up quickly on my questions around the vehicles of interest, and efficiently using the times I came into the dealership for test drives and paper work. I was able to get so much taken care of about 2 hours.

"My car guy" Thank you Brenton for the amazing loaner car! The service took less than one day and I was sad to return it. I am a Year out from upgrading but will remain loyal to the brand based on service alone. Thanks again for being the coolest!

"Very helpful and knowledgeable " Brent was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and kind in his explanation. I would definitely go back to him regarding advice especially when discussing a car for heavy commuting needs.

"BMW X1 Loaner" I was at the dealership from 11am to 6pm. Ron was very pleasant, helpful, patient and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. I would definitely refer Ron to others. Allen was great with financing. Very informative, patient and professional. He thoroughly explained the different maintenance packages and I did purchase 3 of them. If I had to finance another car through BMW I would ask for Allen. "Car Buying made Easy!" "Fast and Professional" The dealership provided the best deal on their first offer versus multiple dealerships I had been working with for weeks. They were thoughtful of my time, courteous in their engagements, and professional throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend the dealership.

"Great Experience" From the first call to Max all the way through delivery Max was the ultimate professional. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, not only about the car, but about the entire process. His enthusiasm about the cars and the dealership is contagious. Going through the Finance dept and transactions with Tony was easy. He explained everything and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork.
