"Love my special order BMW i3!!!!!" When I first arrived I was greeted kindly by Ron. I couldn't find the right i3 I won't and was not willing to pay an extra $400 for the color i don't don't even want. They offered to order the exact BMW i3 I wanted! which was amazing! Allen was also great at financing the vehicle. It was worth the 2 month wait! My husband and I had such a great experience he even bought a BMW x5 plug in.

"A dream come true" I worked with Karen. She was so cool and professional. I originally saw the car I wanted on a Saturday and wasn't sure if I should buy it. By Tuesday, I decided I wanted the car. Karen helped me get my car on her day off. It just so happened when I decided to purchase my car, it was Karen's day off. She made sure my purchase went smoothly. I really appreciate her. "Great experience" Eric is professional and extremely knowledgeable. During our test drive, he was patient and showed us how to use the new features of the car. We were convinced that we wanted to purchase from Eric but took the individual order route. The process was simple and he kept us informed until we picked her up four months later. The purchasing process was easy with Eric and Anthony, we are very happy with our purchase and experience!

"Faultless Sales Experience" Ron Askew is a true gentlemen of automobile sales. He was courteous, patient and understanding. For every question I posed, Ron had an immediate and knowledgeable answer. I cannot fault his service and whole heatedly recommend him. Ryan facilitated the test drive of the vehicle and kept his cool throughout, and not once did he criticize my driving style!

"Simple" Had a situation with my car and they were able to figure out issue within half an hour without me making an official appointment. They also had a loaner delivered to my house within 24 hours. Same model also which was extremely helpful. They have kept me up to date with where they are with the car and overal a very easy situation for what could have been a very difficult one.
