I took my car in to diagnose and repair a cyclical sound coming from my passenger side front. I dropped off the car around 8AM and was able to procure a BMW loaner vehicle. I received a call midday that repairs were complete. It turned out to be a wheel bearing that failed.

From the moment You arrive every one is helpful and very professional. I’ve been coming to this dealer for service for severeral years and have never had a bad experience. My last couple visits I have work with Rachel and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. She has been more than helpful. You will not find a sales advisor who is more knowledgable about the BMW brand than Max Moyer. I received frank advice and the sales process was smooth, including scheduling a performance pickup. Highly recommended. I plan on purchasing my next brand new BMW from this dealership in about 5 years.
