This is my second car purchase at BMW of Silver Spring and in every experience I certainly had not only great service, but a professional and wonderful friendly staff. When I tried the vehicle that I came in for, it didn't work for me. Karen recommended a new model that worked much better although more expensive. I decided it was worth it and got the newer model.
I recently purchased my second car from BMW of Silver Spring with Karen Herbert. Both times I have been extremely impressed with the process and level of service. Absolutely no pressure and Karen made sure that I received the best deal and took advantage of all available incentives. I was happy with the Mr. Thomas initial phone call, with follow up and not too much pressure. Meeting Ms Holbert was the continuation of selling the car without alot of pressure. Their appeared to be on games! The manager when speaking with her she got straight to the point. The overall buying process was long though, especially when customers had already done their research.
I liked the people at BMW Silver Spring. They had a larger variety of what I was looking for, unlike Rockville. Karen Herbert was my awesome sales person. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns, which I really appreciated!
I just want to give a shout out to Ron Askew, sales rep at BMW of Silver Spring. Smart, professional, and all about customer satisfaction. Ron didn't try and put me into a vehicle that would hurt my pockets. Instead, Ron made sure that I could drive away in a vehicle that only had 4k miles, 2017, all wheel drive and came with a maintenance package for the next 3 years.
