Ron Askew was easy and professional and prom on our first visit this location for first time. We use to have other experience in some of the BMW but this was the best experience ever . He made easy our decision and he done all we have requested and he was in contact during all our call and respond in time .... Thank you again for great experience !

Desirea Jackson met and assisted me upon my arrival to the Silver Springs BMW. I drove all the way from Haymarket, VA and drive was well worth it. Desirea was extremely professional, she did not hassle or harassment into making a vehicle decision. She worked extremely hard and fought to get me the trade-in value for my car as well as fought to get me into the price range that I had requested. I live in Virginia but came all the way to Silver Spring dealer since I didn't have a good experience with another BMW dealer in Virginia. The staff are very friendly and not pushy. Brenton is very knowledgeable and focused on meeting my needs as a customer. I live in Indianapolis and was visiting a hospitalized relative in Silver Spring. Car repair was not in my plans, but an extreme cold snap required a software error to be corrected. Brenton arranged a rental car so I could get to the hospital, texted updates on the repair progress, and completed the work on time. My time was spent caring for my family while he was caring for my car. I can not be more pleased!

Generally I’m pessimistic about sales professionals but sometimes you have those that makes purchasing an experience you never forget. Karen Herbert is that Before I started with my representative assigned to my purchase out of nowhere Karen appeared. Warm ,Gracious, Very Personal, Knowledgeable of inventory , offers and service.
