I give BMW of Silver Spring 5 stars because the staff was friendly, the inventory was diverse, and the product cars were high quality. I felt confident about my purchase and I got a pretty straightforward deal. Ron was excellent, I am grateful he helped me purchase my first car. He was outstanding in determining the issues and approach in servicing my BMW. His analyses of problem issues regarding servicing my X3 were on the mark. Nothing but good words to say about BMW Silver Spring and specifically working with Brenton Anderson. Every visit has been low pressure and they have done all the work on my BMW X3 properly. I don't dread bringing my car in like I did before I owned a BMW and worked with this dealership. No kidding, I would even say that it is actually enjoyable going in for service when you are treated so well.

The Client adviser who took care of my car buying process is Mr. Ron Askew, He was phenomenal to deal with, is a true professional, who doesn't use pressuring tactics or double talk to make a sale, very polite, patient, listened to all my questions, answered them in the nicest possible way. Jason Richardson was such a professional with his follow up with my inquiry on 2014 certified pre-owned BMW 328d. He was personable and great with his knowledge of BMW products. I, unfortunately, bought from a local dealer in NJ because I just couldn't spare the time to go visit Jason and purchase the car. I highly recommend working with him and especially coming from someone who managed a few Honda dealerships in the past, I could not give him a better compliment and he would be a top-tier salesman in my staff.

I brought a 2017 BMW for the first time. My salesperson Karen Herbert went above and beyond to make this purchase as painless as possible. She was very knowledable about the vehicle and she made me feel like family. If you are looking for a bmw in the D/M/V make sure you contact Karen she is what I call a great salesperson that will make you feel comfortable while also being honest. She will not feel satisfied until you drive off the lot.

This is our fourth BMW purchase in the region. The three before at a good reputable dealership. This time this dealership just went that little bit further in meeting our financing and customer needs. Ron in a straightforward friendly, timely way went the extra mile to meet our requests. Joe was very helpful on the technical side and Antony very efficient on the financing. All in all a great experience.
