Desirea Jackson was a delight to work with. From the beginning of meeting her, she was attentive and completely listened to my preferences (i.e. price #1, the conveniences I was looking for, and options) for a car. We sat down at her desk and she began to ask a few questions, pull information on the car I was interested in, the car fax, and gave me an introduction to the BMW line so that I could have a sense of how BMW cars may stack up to the Mercedes I was eyeing as well. Brought in a 2015 leased X1 for service. Got a 2017 X1 for almost the same price as the 2015 model. Karen Herbert was the sales associate, and she was FANTASTIC.

Brenton makes it easy to get the best care for my car. Work needed is communicated clearly and thoroughly and performed to the highest standard (mine). It's tough to find a good mechanic. If you care about your car, time and comfort, this is the place for you.

I had a broken fog lamp assembly and Brenton Anderson took care of the replacement and was honest and provided me all the details regarding the replacement. I was given a fair estimate and he got it done very quickly, providing me regular updates on the status of the work. Overall it was an amazing experience, and got my car fixed within no time even when i didn't have a prior appointment for it.

Brenton has taken care of my BMW 535 ixdrive a couple times now. He is very sharp and has complete knowledge of mechanical issues. I recommend to anyone who is looking to stick with a particular service advisor.

I contacted BMW from Silver Spring by mail to request particular information of a car and program. My experience was not good that way with the dealership, so I decided to call and set up an appointment to pick up all the information I needed personally. Once I got an appointment Ron Askew was assigned to show me the car I was interested in and to solve all my questions.
