My experience with the purchase of my BMW X5 was wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Ron Askew. There was no pressure or any of the “sales games”. Came into the dealership and was introduced to Rob Askew. I told him my wants and he was On It!! Boy did he sale me my car. I was excited that he was polite and listen to my wants in needs within a car. The next day I came in to work with Andy Alexis as he help me with all the bells and whistles on my car. Both gentleman was patient and kind. I totally recommend them. My experience at Silver Spring BMW was superb because of them.

Over the years I’ve come across many Bmw advisers all over the world. Brenton Anderson has made the top ten of my list. He’s very friendly cooperative and helpful. Explains the problems, finds solutions, goes out of his way to make an excellent customer experience. I’ve brought in all of my Bmws to this dealership over the years and found them efficient trustworthy and reliable. The Service department is very professional and efficient.
