Joanna McCarthy was an excellent manager. She was willing to work with you and not just get a sale. The other manager who I talked to was not personable at all but Joanna was very personable.

I bought a new 2017 X5 and Ron Askew was one of the best sales persons that I have ever met. He is very professional and caring about a customer. I bought a CPO 2014 BMW and I was treated very well. Everyone I dealt with made this a good experience throughout the process but the salesman, Nick Brown, was notably competent and helpful.

Compared to other dealers salesmen, Nic Brown was extremely professional, answering questions in details and providing all info requested via email , without only trying to pull me him as quickly as possible. With all the numbers clearly explained in advance, i went there and purchased my car with no surprises, very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommended.

Had a great first time BMW experience with Len Familiant! When I sent my inquiry in late evening, I didn't expect to hear back that night. Len's responsiveness really made me want to work with him. Ideally, I would like to retract an earlier review of how I was given the go around when looking for a used 3 series. But the manager contacted me and found something similar. This time around, the process was perfect. I got a great car, and a decent price on it. I could have possibly done better on the price, but it wasnt bad.
