We had a very pleasant buying experience at Tischer BMW mainly because of Lonnie Overby. He was a very cordial, helpful and professional person to work with. He had in-depth knowledge about the car and explained all the features to us. He was very patient in locating cars with the features we wanted. I would like to take the time out to thank Lonnie and Rick for helping me with My 2003 BMW 330i, My friend was going to buy a BMW from their dealer but she was undecided on either a BMW or a Benz. The day before yesterday my Service Engine Soon warning lamp came on while driving the car. From the moment I walked into Tischer BMW to check out a 2006 325xi that I'd found online, I received the immediate attention of the staff from the receptionist to the sales associate and beyond. Great effort by all the members of this store. Chris Allen picked us up at the airport and we purchased a certified BMW 328i wagon. After the sale, Margaret in F&I resolved some paperwork issues that were caused by the state of NC and not the dealership. The entire staff worked effectively to make this deal happen and the car is a great vehicle. I recommend this BMW store to visit when it is time to buy!
My overall Experience with Mile One Tischer BMW has been fantastic! There customer service and prices are awesome. My wife and I have been shopping around for a black on black five series and we have compared prices to other local dealers (VOB, Annapolis BMW, Towson BMW) and by far Tischer hands down has them beat from sales to service. The dealer provided a great deal of personal attention. On my first visit, the purchase of a new 5 series was completed. During the transaction I met several dealership staff who were all pleasant and helpful. Negotiations were professional and pleasant. The dealer worked with my time availability and the sale was finalized a few days later even though I drove off the lot with the new car after the initial visit.
