I recently purchased my second BMW at Tischer BMW and the customer service there is outstanding. The process was smooth and efficient. I was able to pick my vehicle from a wide inventory and Rick Lopez gave me great deal with my trade in vehicle. Michael Malony was really attentive and was able to facilitate the process. Chris allen was great and patience when I couldn't decided between vehicles. I'm please with the customer service at Tischer BMW and I will buy my next BMW there.
Our overall experience at Tisher BMW was great. We came to look at one used car specifically and arrived 15 minutes before close. Mr. Skirpa came to help us and show us the car and offered to test drive it. He was very informative and helpful. We were set on the car so we came back the next day to go over paperwork, we had a baby with us so he already had the BMW detailed and cleaned by the time we got there to cut down the waiting time. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW. I was able to find the exact automobile that I wanted in a couple of days. The salesperson was very responsive and informative. He went out of his way to ensure that I had all of my questions answered. The entire process was organized and efficient. I just want to write about my experience at Tisher BMW. Although I was a bit skeptical because their buildings were under contraction, once I met the people and started doing business with them, I totally forgot about my surroundings. This was the first time I had bought a new car in 16 years. This is the first experience that I had with lining up the vehicle that I wanted over the internet and then going to the dealer to test drive. My overall experience was outstanding. Jacob was very professional throughout the entire experience and never pressured me and took his time to explain the benefits of buying a Certified Pre-Owned BMW as well as work with me on a more competitive price on the car and my trade in. I would definately buy another BMW from Tischer and Jacob specefically!
Upon reaching the Service Department door, I was greeted by a gentleman who was happy to see me on October 2. I know the routine in coming to the dealership to pick up my car. This gentleman made the experience very pleasurable as if it was my very first time. I will explain.
