I went to Tischer to buy a 535xi. After meeting with Kevin and driving it, my husband wanted to check out a 335xi. We drove it and feel in love! Kevin made us a great deal and did not pressure us at all. He handled the trade in of our old BMW. Anthony did the paperwork and we were on our way home with our 09 335xi. After buying a car last month from Tischer,I decided to have my 15K service here locally at BMW Fairfax.They kept my car 3 days and told me there was no problem with my tire which the IDRIVE kept telling me was underinflated.I was told that filling the tires with Nitrogen(at my cost)would fix the problem.After going to a tire store,who found an irreparable inner puncture I went back to Tischer.Rick Lopez(CPO mgr) had the tire replaced while I waited at no cost to me.Needless to say,the drive to Tischer for future service is ... read more
I visited multiple BMW, Audi, Ford, and Mercedes dealers between Baltimore and DC. I felt Tischer BMW were by far the most honest and up front with me. When I came to Tischer, they quoted me a lease price on the 2011 335xi that was nearly $80-100/month cheaper than what any other BMW dealer had quoted me up to that point!
I highly recommend purchasing a car from Tischer as the service and quality of cars are excellent. I felt no pressure to buy from them and was able to find the right car with the low amount of miles that I desired. They delivered a very clean car that was near flawless even though the car is 9 years old. I'm pleased with Jacob's ability to disclose everything about the car, (carfax, service history, etc...) Michael Katzemburg was my sales associate. My first impression was he was very polite and professional. He was thorough in determining my needs and wants. He directed me to information that was pertinent to my needs, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the model in which I was interested. I have been working with her for over 5 years and she is always friendly, kind and caring. It is rare today to have such a positive experience with a car purchase. My salesman, Jacob Raykhel, was a pleasure to work with. Tischer BMW is a great bet when purchasing a car either locally, or at a great distance. I live almost 500 miles from Tischer BMW and have never purchased a car at such a great distance. I had been searching for a Black Pre-owned 550i BMW and found that the pricing in my area was approximately 2-3 thousand dollars more.
