All the sfaff was extremely helpful.Rick, Lonnie and Mike worked so hard in satifying my needs. Very professional throughout the entire process. Knowledgeable salesman, supportive management. Flexibility and fairness in pricing of car and pricing of trade-in. Timely processing of order. Regular communication on status of order. Thorough and clear explanation of options by business manager at closing. Good explanation of car's features, both at pickup and in follow-up meetings. All in all, a most pleasant and satisfying buying experience.
