They were very helpful, particularly with a problem caused by DMV concerning the title to a trade in. I highly recommend them. Kevin was excellent to deal with and has handled after-sale issues very pleasantly. My overall experience is very positive.

Worked with Great Salesperson guy . . . . . very professional!! Never rushed me into buying!! Provided all the details about the car (Carfax History, etc) . . . . . Prices for Used BMW cars are good compared to other Dealors in the area!!!
I researched Certified Pre-Owned 328i's on the internet, and partly due to the strength of the ratings here on this site, and on advice from BMW message boards, I chose to check out Tischer BMW first, even though it was a little further away than some of the others in the DC area. Our buying experience with Tischer was very good. After locating the car we wanted online, we handled a lot of the preliminary business over the phone since we are out of state buyers. Once we arrived everyone was quite friendly. We discovered some minor issues with the car and could not get them repaired that day as the service center was closed, however they assured us that it was covered by warranty and we had them taken care of once we arrived back in Charlotte. Sales rep was very friendly, professional, and ensured I received a great price for the vehicle I ordered. Even though my initial contact was via email my sales rep provided me all the information I needed to make my decision on the car and dealership to include a confirmed price quote. He continues to keep me posted on my car's status and assisted me in getting a very competitive offer for my trade in.
