This was our first experience purchasing a car that began with an Internet search. The experience couldn't have been better. Kailash Joshi was professional, courteous, and friendly. He found the perfect balance between being laid back and pushy. The price was excellent. We drove all the way from Virginia Beach to complete the transaction and would do it again. In addition, we will definitely recommend the dealership to our friends.

The service was absolutely praise worthy! I was in the market for a used BMW and found Mile One on-line... Based on prior research, I found the prices were fair and since I was already in the market for a BMW David sealed the deal - he answered all my questions, he never seemed annoyed and I never felt pressured. I came all the way from NY for my brand new baby (well he's not brand new but I love him all the same). When I'm in the market for my next BMW I'm headed back to Mile One! Thanks guys!!!

Found the BMW I wanted through an internet ad and drove in to Tischer BMW at 7:00pm. By 9:00pm I had traded my Mercedes, bought and financed the 2011 BMW, and was on the road home. I live in the New York City area but I was online searching for a used BMW. Eventually, I found an automobile that was available via a BMW dealership in Maryland (Mile One/Tischer). I spoke to one of the managers, a very nice guy (Ricardo Lopez) who sadly informed me that the car that I had pegged was no longer available. I have now purchased 5 BMWs (3 car, 2 motorbike) and this has by far been the best experience during a purchase. I don't expect the salesperson to know as much about the automobile or have as much passion about BMW as I do. However, with Kevin this was clearly not the case. He knows BMW. BEST RATE ON MY NEW 2011 X-5 AND I CHECKED ALL DEALERSHIPS IN BATLIMORE AND ANNAPOLIS. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND I HAD MY NEW CAR ORDERED FROM THE FACTORY AND IT WAS HERE WITHIN 3 WEEKS. UNBELIEVABLE!
