I bought a BMW 750 (just like new) from Tischer about a month ago and Mr. Skirpa was MORE than a big help in selecting a vehicle that satisfied my taste and price concerns and, after I had several additions to the car (as well as some additional upgrades), he and his boss (manager?) Mr. Lopez were more than accommodating . . . they even gave me a loaner car to drive for the day while everything was being taken care of. I am VERY glad I went to Ticher and even more than happy with the assistance the staff their provided me.
This is our 4th BMW, our second from MileOneTischer BMW. Without a doubt, this was the *best* customer service experience we've ever had. Manny is knowledgeable, attentive, honest, patient, & an absolute delight to do business with. The dealership is efficient beyond belief and Joanne in finance processed our paperwork in no time at all. We cannot recommend this dealership, or Manny, highly enough - they will spoil you.
I came into the dealership looking to buy a used BMW 750 (my favorite car). However, after speaking with Manny, not only did I realize just how nice an automobile the 535 Beamer is, I also started to understand how much more of a VALUE buying that car was for my budget . . . and it was a newer model than what I thought I would be able to purchase of the 7-Series. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY GOOD ON PRICES, THE CARS WAS CLEAN ,WEN I ASKED QUESTION THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE CAR. THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY FRIENLY WITH THE CUSTUMER SO I THINK THAT WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE DEALERSHIP .
I contacted this dealer after I felt that another BMW dealer in the area didn't care whether I bought another car from them or not. In addition to leasing a car from the other dealer three years ago, I referred my neighbor to the same salesman and he bought a car. Rick was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was right with the vehicle. The process was a little long since the car still needed some work but after a 2.5 hr dive to the dealership, another 5 hrs in the showroom and finally a 2.5 hr drive home, I am a happy BMW owner!! The Tischer BMW is very lucky to have such a great team working for them.

I took my CPO 325xi for the annual service and there was confusion on many levels. From both ends, and both parties somewhat responsible. I did have to talk a lot and be somewhat stubborn but Bryan was able to make the problem go away. Granted the blame is still looking for a home. This has been the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. Kailash has been phenomenal! I am a tough customer for sure but he has been very understanding throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sell and has his customers best interest at heart.
