Received quality service. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The sales person was very patient in answering my questions. I test drove the various cars that I was interested in. Never once did the sales person rush me into making a decision. He helped me to get the best deal possible and was very pleasant. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone.
I want to thank Tischer BMW for their excellent personnel that they have and have always had. I called Tisher BMW and and asked for the sales department for BMW. I was transferred to Kailash. He was very friendly and patient. I told him I had a car in mind and a list of the features I wanted, and I asked if I could come in to talk with him. He said of course. This is my second purchase from Tischer and it just keeps getting better. I enjoy the personal attention from this particular dealership and the sense that everyone in the dealership is interested in my being satisfied. If there is a problem- someone tries to correct it immediately. I think Andy Alexis is one of the best sales people out there. He is never pushy but confident in his product knowing every aspect of it. He is always willing to listen to my needs and desires. Overall an A+ experience.
The sales process has been fantastic...Ticsher/Kailash have been upfront, informative and very easy to work with...I compare this to the 7 other DC area BMW dealers I contacted. There is really no other BMW dealer in the area that compares. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.
This was by far the nicest car buying experience that I have encountered. Upon arrival, Kevin was totally prepared and presented me with a binder with all the pertinent information on the vehicle that I was interested in.
