My wife and I were casually shopping for a pre owned, 2007, certified, 328i 6 speed convertible. We found a creampuff at Tisher. During the test drive, we heard a squeek coming from the roof area. Manny, our salesman, was all over it. He took 3 test drives with us that evening and acknowledged that there indeed was a flaw and that he would get the problem resolved the next day. Wanted to post a follow up of the excellent service I have received from Tischer BMW and especially Kailash Joshi. It has been over 3 months since I picked up my X5 35d and it has been pure joy. I have dealt with Tischer Autopark on many occasions over nearly 15 years, buying new and used vehicles and having them serviced. The sales and service personnel have always been outstanding. I had been looking for a 2007 335i manual transmission. I found one at Tischer, from whom I have bought four cars in the past. Manny was helpful, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Since I live in Florida he arranged to have the car shipped to me and to do all the necessary paperwork, including financing. When the car arrived it had been put beneath another car that was leaking oil. I mentioned this to Manny and he immediately advised me to get the car detailed at Tischer's expense. I found Jacob Raykhel to be attentive,friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my search for a used 328I. The finance office was also helpful in locating an interest slightly lower than the one I intended to use. Jacob has been available for a few questions I have had and I believe his offer to respond to any followup questions I have. I walked in with no knowledge of Tischer BMW's reputation. My experience was very good and I believe all future contacts will be likewise.

I visited Tischer BMW a few weeks ago to make inquiries about ordering a 2011 328i from the factory. Kailash Joshi introduced himself, answered all my questions and met me for a test drive a few days later. We "built" the car I wanted and arrived at a very competitive price. In the middle of this process my Dad got sick and was hospitalized. I informed Kailash that things would need to be put on hold until my Dad was better. Kevin Hemmis and Joanna McCarthy were nothing short of excellent in providing customer service and a great car buying experience. They researched the necessary information that I had requested. They kept me up to date on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Their customer service during the actual car buying experience was not traditional--they did not pressure you--they provided their expert knowlege and allowed you to make the applicable choices.
