Tischer BMW was a pleasure to do business with. I used the Costco Auto buying program and was put in contact with Kailash Joshi. Kailash is a professional and courteous salesman who is really passionate about the cars he sells. He was very willing to work with us on pricing and took the time and effort to locate a car for us that was not available on his lot. The car was delivered quickly and we were pleased with our purchase. I recommend Tischer BMW and Kailash for anyone interested in buying a BMW.

Bought my 328 from Tischer a couple of weeks ago. My overall experience was very good. I worked with Kailash at their Internet sales department. I browsed their inventory online, made an offer on a car in stock and picked it up on my first visit. Know the numbers and you can get a great deal. Customer service has been excellent, they are prompt and everything you would expect from a luxury car dealership. I would highly recommend working with Kailash. He was straightforward and very helpful throughout the buying process.

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW X5 from Tischer and I can't say enough great things about working with Kevin Hemmis, the sale representative. After I talked with him over the phone, he quickly found the car with all the options I was looking for. Great customer service was provided at this dealer. I look forward to future business with this dealer. When I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted and directed to a sales representative. The sales rep, Lonny, was great! He took his time with me and my wife and the end result was a great BMW.

Compared to my terrible experience at a BMW dealer in Rockville, Tischer BMW proved to be a much better dealership in DC area, mostly thanks to Kevin Hemmis, the sale representative. After I talked with him over the phone, he quickly found the car with all key options we are looking for. He showed me the car, explained how xDrive works, and we had a test drive. He answered all my questions professionally, and helped to get the price down to the best he can do. However, what happened next was really unprofessional.

Baught a 2006 525i and I have had non-stop problems with the car. The salesman told me the car had a "straight v-6", I almost laughed. The service people are very nice until you speak ill of the car or their work. I'm glad that I have the CPO warranty or I'd be in trouble...

The attitude was friendly and straightforward. The sale person spent time to assess my neeeds in a car and suggested the right options. I was given choices in terms of car colors. while testing the car , the sale person was informative, patient and objective. There was no overtones of pushy salesmanship.
