Our experience with Norm Weinstock at Tischer was one of the most pleasant car shopping trips ever. We didn't feel pressured or 'under the gun' to choose the day we went, and he followed up with us after. The vehicle was immaculate, the price was right and there were no gimmicks. Though I went with a different make of car, I would absolutely go back in see Norm next time I'm in the market.

I was looking for a very specific BMW. I wanted a 2007 CPO 530i with sports, premium, cold weather packages AND a 6SP manual. Using BMW's own website, I only found a handful of cars IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY that met all my requirements and it turned out that Tischer BMW had three of them in stock. First, let me start by saying that my experience was amazing. Norman and Brian in Sales were informative, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Managers Michael and Rick were reasonable and accommodating working with me on a price that works for everyone involved. Rick took my trade in for a ride and practically matched my appraisal. When I ordered my 2011 328i from the factory, Kailash Joshi informed me of the no cost option of picking up the car at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina. Kailash sized me up as a car enthusiast and I'm very grateful that he "turned me on" to this experience. I just purchased a CPO 3-series at Tischer BMW and had an excellent experience dealing with Kevin Hemmis and the Tischer team. I had been shopping for a 3-series for almost 6 months in the Baltimore area and ultimately traveled 25 miles south to Silver Spring to make my purchase. We had a great experience buying a certified pre-owned 3-series from Tischer. Rick and Lonnie were very easy to work with. There was no pushy sales pitch, etc. The information they had prepared about the car's history/background and the work done by the dealership was helpful in making a decision.

Purchased my 08 CPO M3 from Tischer recently. I was coming down from NY and Manny sent all the information I needed about the car to make sure my trip wasn't wasted. Car was exactly as described and everything I expected. They took the time to explain the features of the car and the process went very smooth, even with a trade-in. I was driving my new car home about four hours later. Not really much more to add here, which really is a good thing in my book.

I was ready to pull the trigger on a new VW GTI until a friend of mine called and suggested I check out this car while I was in the area for a PE exam. I checked the listing and was intrigued by the car, its mileage, and attractive price. I called up Tischer one day before my PE and ask for a test drive. Andy Alexis made my car purchasing experience both pleasant and worth while. He took the time to explain everything to me throughout the entire process from finding the car I wanted through to the financing process. He then followed up to make sure everything was okay the next day. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was equally as pleasant and helpful also.
