I purchased a 328i convertible. The salesperson was Kevin Hemmis. He is a great salesman. Prior to purchase, he took the time to go over the options I wanted. He did not rush through the sale or try to encourage me to buy anything I did not want. I ordered the car with the options I wanted. My wife and I recently bought a BMW 328i from this dealership. I have to say our experience there was great. we did not feel pressured at all. Mr. Weinstock (our sales rep) was very friendly, polite and helpful. we got a good deal on the car, and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.
Great customer service everyone was so helpful. I will definitely recommended all my friends!! The car was sparkling and in perfect condition. The bathroom was clean :) To make a person say at least 250 words is silly when the word GREAT is all you need!!!

I flew from Chicago to DC to purchase a specific car for my wife. Manny )My salesperson)picked me up from the airport during a snowstorm which was good service. While it continued to snow about 4 inches that day (which managed to cripple DC but would be an afterthought in Chicago!)
