As previous Audi owners, Jacob was able to do the impossible. He demonstrated why we should become BMW fans. After a very snotty experience at another local BMW dealer, we happened to go to Mile One which had both Audi and BMWs. Went to BMW Tischer in Maryland to look for a used car. They were all very helpful and didn't pressure me into anything. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends looking for a new car. The car I bought was in excellent condition. They called me the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be going back there in the future.

The experience here was unequivocally the best experience I have ever had buying a car. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and while I did have to wait about fifteen minutes for a salesperson (due to a sales meeting) it gave me time to look through the showroom.
