This is my third vehicle purchase from Tischer (two BMW's and a Porsche). It's always a pleasure doing business with these folks, so I keep coming back. Dealership is a credit to the fine automobiles they sell. Manny was our sales professional and made the whole sales and delivery process pleasant and hassle free. To me, a BMW is "perfection" and our new car certainly does not disappoint. We highly recommend this dealership.
Very helpful and professional. Went above and beyond to meet my schedule and needs. In particular they helped watched my kids while I was searching for a car and they also came to my work to pick up necessary information from me. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend
We were buying a BMW 328x drive for my son who goes to school in MD, so it made sense to us to try and find a dealer close to his school. But since this was the first car I ever bought over the phone I was skeptical. However,given their responsiveness to my inquiry and great price, I gave it a shot. Jacob, our sales consultant, did not disappoint. He was true to his word, and everything was great. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW.
I have always wanted a BMW and when I went to the dealership, this nice man with no hard sales approached was very patient and had great knowledge of the vehicles there. I love great customer service and that is just what I received from everyone I spoke with at Tischer BMW. JoAnn was great also in finance, no hard sales either. I like that. I am a repeat customer. I wanted to order a 2010 135 and began shopping price. The pricing was quickly received, however BMW stopped accepting 2010 orders. I had been working with 3 different dealers at the time. Brian was the first to notify me that 2011 orders where being accepted, priced the car lower than the others and just continued to be on top of my account even weeks after the car was delivered. I purchased a Certified Used BMW from Tischer BMW. My experience with them was very good. They were professional and straight forward on all the information about the vehicle and pricing. Mike and Rick were honest and fair throughout the pricing negotiation. The finance department was clear and concise on all the paper work. They did present me with additional automobile options and coverages, but did not press me once I declined. On Saturday, May 1st, my wife and I had the misfortune of experiencing vehicle trouble on I-295 while driving my 2004 Z4 on our way to the Shenandoah Valley.
