From the beginning of the test drive to the negotiations to the final paperwork, Mr. Joshi was outstanding. He was knowlegeable, respectful and the consumate professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Joshi and the entire staf at the Tischer BMW dealership.
This is my second time dealing with Manny and Rick, and I have one word for them exceptional. Both are very genuine, down to earth guys; who are on your side. I say this because both Manny and Rick jumped through hoops to sell me the car. They worked me on the price and gave the best deal possible. Manny is like a family friend, we've bought several cars through him. He will go out of his way to make you comfortable with any car he is selling. They do have a sense of humor so watch out!
I highly recommend Manny and Tischer BMW. Manny is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We have shopped other local dealerships, Manny is the only BMW salesperson that was able to close the deal. After we purchased, we realized how great the customer service is at Tischer. I originally hesitated purchasing from Tischer, because I thought Silver Spring was too far, but with such great customer service it is well worth the distance.
I gave Rick a description of what I needed, and he and his team did their research, and found it. They did not waste my time by calling me to come into the dealership to hang out. They new my time was more important. When we did come in, the car was perfect, clean, and ready to go. We spent less than an hour in finance, and we where off. They rock!
The lease for my 530i was coming to an end and I was in the market for a new BMW. I previously leased my 530i from VOB BMW however I was never fully satisfied with my purchase or the service I received during the term of my lease. We shopped for late model and new BMW's in the Atlanta area and were not satisfied with anything we found in the Atlanta area. great people to deal with. up front and very honest. extremely fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend. they will do everything they can to make you happy. kevin and rick are friendly and easy to work with. there is no hard selland when they tell you something they stick to their word.
