I WAS VERY PLEASED TO HAVE WORKED WITH JACOB AND MICHAEL. MICHAEL TOOK ME OUT FOR TESTING THE CAR ON MY FIRST VISIT AND EXPLAINED ALL THE DETAILS. DURING MY SECOND VISIT I WORKED WITH JACOB. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT DURING THE PROCESS OF FINALIZING THE PURCHASE; HE KNOWS HIS JOB VERY WELL AND HOW TO EXPEDITE THE PROCEDURE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT MANNER. I stumbled on Tischer while looking for a used car on the internet. I stopped in and was greeted warmly by Jerry right away. He showed me the car I was interested in and answered all my questions with ease. He did a great job explaining the many fine attributed that BMW had to offer( this was my first one). I am now the proud owner of a BMW thanks to Jerry and Joanna(finance dept). They both did a great job and will keep me coming back.
I decided to downsize and began internet shopping for an affordable used car, stumbled over Tischer BMW and just so happened to find the most awesome deals in the specials section. Kevin Hemmis and his team were sensitive to the fact that 6 hours before our meeting, I scratched and dented my trade-in! Bad luck, right?!! However everything was taking care of and I was given a fair trade-in value. I drove away with a gorgeous 2006 convertible. What more can I say- Exceptional service!!

He was very honest and realistic and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car.
