I visited several BMW dealers in the Baltimore-Washington area for about 9 months before I visited Tischer. My experiences were from bad to worse, including being scolded at by one sales manager at a dealer in the Balimore area for the kind of car I drove (it was very old and basic). I was very pleased with my experience, I found Kevin to be approachable, friendly, courteous, timely with communications, demonstrated genuine concerned and very knowledgeable about the product.
