I have been dealing with Tischer BMW for years and have nothing but great things to say about them. I also have a great deal of trust with Chris Allen, one of their salespeople. I have sent many friends to Tischer because I trust them that they will deal honestly with them.

I have always been pleased with Chris Allen. He is one of the most knowledgable car dealers that I have ever met and he is not pushy but he is confident which is good. Anyone interested in a BMW should go to Chris. Thank you for the 7 years of service.

Have you ever had a salesman come to your house AFTER the sale to help you with one of the controls? Chris Allen of Tischer did that for me. I have never had a better experience buying a car. The delarships is A+. The salesman helpded sell the car, a 328I, but the car is as great as stated.

Chris Allen and Mike Malone were outstanding. Their expertise and kindness went above and beyond. Mike searched to find the exact color, make, and model BMW I was looking for and had it shipped immediately to the dealership. Let me start by stating I'm a retired Md. Trooper, and as such not a warm and fuzzy person. I also despise the car buying game most dealers play. So when I found a possible vehicle at Tischer I thought to myself, great a 70 mile trip to the "City" just for disapointment. I contacted Rick Lopez and found him to be a laid back car guy. I shopped online for a couple of months and found the car I wanted on Tischer's web site. When I went to the showroom, I was politely greeted by the staff at Tischer and Kevin Hemmis asked if I needed assistance. After explaining some details about the car I was interested in, Kevin was very thorough with regard to further explanation of BMW's Certified Pre-Owned Program; e.g. remaining warranty, work done on the car prior to certification, and ongoing maintenance the vehicle will require. Thanks to Kailash my BMW purchase was hassle free. Kailash was very professional and friendly on answering questions i had in person and over the phone, he also walk me around to show their facility, Kevin was great to deal with and financial paperwork transaction went smoothly.

I look forward to visiting Tischer BMW because they have treated me like a "MVP" for years. Everyone who works there approaches you like a good friend, not just a client. I stopped by a few weeks back looking for a BMW convertible, and was helped by Mr. Chris Allen, whom was very knowledgeable about the product and his inventory, he then took his time and showed me a few options and let me test drive them, unfortunately none fit my immediate needs.
