My experience with MileOne Tischer BMW has always been a a great one. I've been having my car serviced there for several years and have never come across a bad experience. They are very nice and professional at this dealership, everyone from the porters, advisors, and the shop forman are always helpful. Michael and Rick worked closely with us make sure that we found the BMW auto that we were looking for and within our price range. They both stayed long hours going through the test drive, explaining the features of the automobile that we were interested in and making a deal that was acceptable. After the sale Mike and Rick were very attentive to the few additional things that we needed to make the purchase a great experience for us.
I just bought my second Certified Pre-Owned BMW, in the last 3 months, from Kailash at Tischer. This may not seem remarkable, but I live 133 miles away in the Philadelphia countryside. Tischer has an outstanding selection of hard to find CPO BMWs. The first purchase was a 5 Series wagon for my wife and the second was a hard to locate manual 330i with sport package. My wife and I enjoyed working with Jerry. He helped us find the car that was right for us, and I can't imagine a better experience working with a car dealer. Jerry's strategy was first to let me drive the 335i which was a fantastic car, but too expensive. Then, once we were hooked, we tried to figure out what options we could live without.
