I can see why Tischer is rated 1 in the area. I did most of my shopping via email and in doing so Kevin stood out from the other client advisor's of competing dealers. I decided to work with Kevin, due to his promptness in responding to all my questions and concerns and maintained a very positive and professional attitude. I have already recommended him to a friend and look forward to getting my BMW serviced here.

Great Experience! Kailash was very friendly and helpful from the start. I placed an order for a 335 last month. The car arrived in approximately 6 weeks and there were no surprises. The options were correct, the price was exactly as agreed upon 6 weeks ago, and the car was delivered in excellent condition. Kevin was great to deal with and the financial paperwork transaction went smoothly. No high-pressure tactics at all. I find them to be courteous and generally dedicated to providing excellent service to their customers. Their pre-owned cars are in amazing shape, if you do find something that they may have missed, they do stand behind the car and make it rights.
