Everyone was professional. Our sales guy was very prompt in calling us for our initial request,then was able to work with us to locate the car we wanted and was ready for us when we showed up. We didnt end up buying the car we came to see, but upgraded to an M5 and came away with a great deal on a better car. We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new BMWxi 535 sedan from MileOne Tischer BMW. Jerry Grant and staffs gave us very impressive services. Overall experience was great. i usually deal with VOB BMW since its right by my house. However it was like night and day with the level of customer service. Michael took the time to show us the car we went there for even though it was past their closing hours. When I came back the next day the car was washed up and ready to go for a test drive. Once we got the numbers to where we wanted, Brian Carter took care of the finances and Rick Lopez made sure we were more then happy with our purchase. The team worked great together.
