My sales advisor Jerry Grant was very professional and knowledgeable about the BMW products. He took the time to explore the inventory and find me a car that met all of my requirements. My expectations were exceeded when I was offered the next model up at a very reasonable price. I have purchased six BMW's and this was the best experience that I have had. The salses, finance departments and interactions with the Tischer BMW management was excellent.

I had been shopping around for a BMW for a very long time. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned with very specific options and colors. I had done most of my research online to find the perfect BMW for me. Once I arrived at the Tischer BMW in person to look at the car, Kailash and the rest of the staff were there to greet me and answer any questions I had. This was my first BMW purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kailash followed up to me with me via phone calls and email to ensure I was satisfied with my car, and I would definitely recommend Tischer BMW to my friends.

I am an out of state buyer that found the vehicle I was looking for at Tischer through their website. I was able to handle this process almost completely remotely, only showing up in person to pick up the vehicle. I was very impressed with how smooth the process was, the condition of the car compared to the verbal and written description, and the friendliness of the sales and finance teams. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Kailash was fun to work with and quite efficient. He clearly understood my priorities and did not push me to buy more than I wanted. He also made me aware of the Costco relationship with BMW, something I did not know. I would buy from him again.

Kevin was great, not pushy, very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and gave a detailed lesson in the car's operation before we left. We would definitely go there again. We bought a used car and it was in pristine condition-looked like new so the car prep was very well done as well.
