Silver spring BMW service writer Thomas Grant tried to charged me $915.00, to change a head lamp bulb. $150.00 just to see while it went out. SIGYs in Rockville Md . did Thomas Gant and Silver Spring Mile One BMW $$1065.00 job for $150.00... Thanks SIGY of Rockville...

I had been looking for a new BMW for quite some time. Even though I live within a few miles of another dealership, I ended up traveling to Silver Spring to get my car.

bought my current car form BMW silver spring and they used to provide excellent buying experience, but it seems everything just changed. Recently I received a email promotion which said they're willing to pay 120% of KBB trade in value for my car and in addition to that they will offer $6000 off any new car which is in stock, I called them and confirmed the offer is still available. I own a BMW 135i which I purchased from BMW Silver Spring in April 2010. Notwithstanding the mechanical issues I have had with the car, Kristina Williams, the service representative I have been assigned to is generally, rude, demeaning, and obstinate. Whenever, there is a point of discussion, it's always the customer's fault. I just had a recall completed. All was going smoothly until I was about to leave, and the "Service Consultant" stated that I have some needed service due to oil leaks. 1) Replace valve cover gaskets (found oil leaking oil onto ex. manifold), $464.96. 2) Replace crankcase vent valve and hoses (crankcase vent valve and hose is leaking oil), $763.28. 3) Replace front lower control arm bushings\ (front lower bushings is coming apart), $599.96. 4) Replace rear differential side seals (both rear differential side seals are leaking... read more

I had a very disturbing experience with Anthony Ross at BMW of Silver Spring. I just bought my car last month and I bought the 1 year power train warranty. my transmission is already slipping Andy engine is already knocking. He had the nerve to tell me I don't no if your going to be covered. I called to see if I can get a loaner while my car is in service. This time last year I purchased a pre-owned BMW X3 from a dealership in Manassas, VA. Less than a month after purchase, the SUV began needing repairs. It seemed like I was fixing something every month. After my last estimate, I decided I couldn't put another dime into this money pit of a truck. I came very late on a Saturday spoke with one sales person and when he couldn't follow threw I was told I'm going to send you to one of the best sales persons here. That was more than a true statement Mrs. Foster took really good care of me she never acted like she was tired and wanted to leave. Even though I didn't purchase a bmw I purchased something else. Those other reviewers must have gone to a different dealership. We are USAA members and after being contacted by the dealership to speak with them about a new car we subsequently went to the dealership. The sales room was not very full however, despite waiting for over 40 minutes, we did not meet with any representative as well. This was undoubtedly the worst customer service we have ever experienced buying a car and I would highly advise people to save your time, energy and money.
