Our experience with the purchase of our newest BMW and past BMW have been extremely pleasent and exceptional. Our client advisor, Michelle, is truly a breath of fresh air and she made sure that everything from beginning to end was done effenciently and to our satisfaction! We would never dream of purchasing a car from anyone else. My family and I were very pleased with Michelle's work ethic and attitude to go above and beyond to accommodate us! We would recommend her to anyone in the market of buying a new car!

My service experience was very professional and James is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Moss Motors for sales and or service. The work is explained to you and then completed as promised. I have gotten a loaner car on the rare occasion that my repair takes more than a few hours. I bought my car at Moss Motors and will only use them in the future.

Moss was a great dealer to deal with. Richard is a great guy to buy from. He was very honest from the start. He was really willing to deal on the car and make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend him and Moss Motors to anyone looking for a BMW or Mercedes.

"Terrible customer service for scheduled checkup/oil..." Terrible customer service for scheduled checkup/oil change. Didn’t call when car was ready, answer texts, or voicemails. Finally went to pick up the car after 4 hours and only the receptionist at 1:30 and a mechanic listening to music with his AirPods. No service after sale. Never again will we buy here. Have never had good service. I should’ve learned after the first one. Love my car, but not Moss Motors.

"Dealer is dishonest with customers. I had a credit score..." Dealer is dishonest with customers. I had a credit score of 859 and gave 4.5% APR rate thru negotiations. Why not 2.99% like on BMW website for qualified buyers? Where is the customer loyalty?

"Rude people. Poor explanation of service needed" This BMW service department use to be the best. I was greeted with : your papers are at the cashier. I was told my car was in the front. No, they had not brought it around. I get in car to leave, the caution triangle lite up. Clock was off. The setting was changed to make engine cut off at red light. I thought something was wrong with the engine. I do not use that setting. Please return cars to the customer with the settings the same. I should not have to get in my car and lo... read more

"Incomplete repair with parts missing" Went in for a recall repair. Waited over an hour and 25 min for shuttle ride. Once I was dropped off at work I received a call (within 5 min of being dropped off) that car was ready. Shuttles back to dealership and picked up car. When I got back to work I noticed hood was not latched. Turns out it would not latch due to the fan/radiator cover was not replaced correctly after it’s removal (for repair). 7 bolts loose and one missing!!! Took it elsewhere to have correctly repaired.
