"Bad service" My gas tank would only fill halfway, so I paid $1,000 to have the problem fixed. The problem wasn't fixed and on top of that I brought it back and they tried to charge me $2,000 dollars to fix it AGAIN. The representatives didnt even bat an eye, they don't care at all about you or your car. I hope people read this. Also, the service manager was horrible, and again, he doesn't care about you or your car at all - JUST $$$$

"Disappointed" Service inadequate at best, not what you would expect from a high end luxury car dealership. Failure to close hood properly initiated a same day return to dealership from my work place. Not acceptable.

"Air bag recall. " Made an appt a month ago for the air bag recall. Made arrangements to be late for work to drop the vehicle off and pick up for lunch. The dealership called about 3 hours after I dropped it off stating that they were sorry but they did not have the air bag in stock. Really? Don’t they check to make sure they have parts for scheduled services? Now I will have to be inconvenienced again and make arrangements all over again.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE" Had a flat & had purchased the tire insurance plan.... while changing the tire they broke the tire sensor and scratched the door to the metal on the door closet to where the flat was.... service manager was the rudest person I have ever encountered in sales,... I highly recommend the New Orleans BMW dealership ....

"No loaner vehicle " They kept my vehicle for nine days no loaner vehicle was offer . I had to ask for a ride to work .My service advisor did not let me no what was going on with my vehicle and I had to call several time to find out why it was taking so long .They told me they will be finish in two day when I first drop my car off.

"Staff that I worked with wasn’t too friendly at all. " I gave the rating that I did due to the unfriendly behavior of the staff that assisted me with my very first service needed. I own very nice vehicles Infiniti, Audi , Mercedes and now BMW as well and the service that I received from Infiniti and Audi has been 4 stars every visit. I work in the banking industry and using a customers name during the interaction means a lot you feel appreciated. Purchased Mercedes in 2015 and 4 years maintenance package. Traded in vehicle in January 2018 after using only two years . Moss Motors refuges to return two years maintenance not used . Stating it is Mercedes Policy. But if I purchase another Mercedes, then it will be applied to that vehicle. I would be a fool to purchase another vehicle with this company. Lexus, Infiniti, Audi and Toyota could not believe Mercedes would not refund unused portion even if Sharon Moss personally had her company, refund money. Businesseses must... read more

If the award was for most incompetent and deceitful dealer of 2017 then yes. Every potential and existing customer should be aware that this is by a wide margin the shadiest franchise dealership I've ever encountered (and I'm no spring chicken). They did $600 in "repair work" for me that repaired nothing and nearly left me stranded on the side of the road after coolant leaked out of the radiator hose they supposedly replaced. I brought my 525 XI in to repair an oil leak. They claimed to have fixed the leak but discovered that the oil leak was still leaking. Brought the car back the next day to have the leak fixed again and they told me they didn't have a loaner so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and they gave me an estimate to fix the oil leak but did discount the price due to not fixing the right oil leak the first time so I also had some other work done to the car (breaks/replace ticking lifters).
