"Im never sure about walking into a service department for..." Im never sure about walking into a service department for a vehicle but Carlos didn't disappoint. He was very upfront and honest about the fees and explained what issues were urgent or could hold off. I really liked that about him. The whole process was simple. The service department seemed clean and the staff was friendly. My car was delivered to me and was also washed.
