"Excellent Service from Eli service advisor" My wife brought her 740i as I was away on a work trip. Eli was extremely professional, courteous, provided a loaner car. Eli ensured my wife had her questions answered. An outstanding service all around. Sterling BMW should be proud to have employees as Eli.
"Efficient, Polite Service" Michael Torres was very effective in assisting with resolving my chassis/braking malfunction error message. After diagnosis took place and I was given an estimate, I informed Mike of my extended warranty. He said no problem and called the 3rd party company, explained and got approval for the rear wheel sensor and he had the car repaired within a day. Much appreciated!
"Giving $2,000 With A Smile" There are very few things bad about owning a BMW, but if I can name one, it would be the cost of maintaining one. I'm at 60k on my 328d and it was due to near rear brakes, four new tires, and an oil change. Expensive repair to say the least. Robert Harrell, my service adviser, worked with me on the price. I felt he went above and beyond to find discounts for me to save me a few bucks. With that, I'm grateful for his service and was happy to hand over $2,000+ for that work.
