"Excellent customer service " service advisor, Beaver Ho, is great! He’s very knowledgeable, honest and always helpful. His friendliness and honesty is the reason why I take my car to get it service from the sterling BMW. Whenever anything is wrong with my car, I can count on beaver to take care of it! Even though Fairfax Bmw is closer to my house, I would rather drive the longer distance to see Beaver.
"Great Service" Although I did not buy my BMW at this dealership, the service department has been fantastic. I transferred into the area after a year of ownership. The service department made me feel like a part of their family. From the personnel that me me at the car when I roll in to the mechanics in the shop I can rely on each of them to provide fantastic service.
