I must say that when a customer arrives for an appointment and they are told to go to the lounge until you service advisor is ready for you and if he doesn't come in 15 minutes I should return to the drop off area it doesn't seem to value me as a customer.

"We had a tire blow out 12 miles from the dealership...." We had a tire blow out 12 miles from the dealership. Called in to order a replacement and were towed in. New tire was due at 2pm next day but by 9:15 we got a link to a video showing the car with the new tire in place. Got us on our way a half day earlier than expected! Thanks to Derek and the parts team) for an excellent service experience!

"This was my first interaction with BMW and I will say..." This was my first interaction with BMW and I will say they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience with BMW when I brought the Cadillac there for routine service issues I'm sure I'll be back and might possibly entertain becoming part of the BMW family.
