"Excellent service but too many cars were scheduled around..." Excellent service but too many cars were scheduled around the same time as mine. Service area was overrun. Jorge intervened on my behalf and was fantastic.

"Friendly, fair, and efficient service" We were greeted at the door by friendly salesperson, Naycolle Wright. She helped us to work through what we wanted without being pushy or controlling. In our look and test driving she proved knowledgeable about the vehicles and informed us of features. Once we selected a vehicle, Naycolle effectively and efficiently walked us through the purchasing process. We were impressed with the entire experience including Naycolle Wright and Humbert Cazaubon.

"Our sales advisor is not on your list. His name is..." Our sales advisor is not on your list. His name is Jonathan Pekar. He was a pleasure to work with. I rate him Five Stars. Overall it was a good experience except when I made a good faith offer the sales manager sent Jonathan back with a number $70 higher. I think that that was unprofessional. Even after he agreed to my offer I know that I left some money on the table. I was never shown the sheet with the original factory invoice. Had I seen that document I would have of... read more

"Jack Hojnicki, George Robert Real, Daniel Mangiafico were..." Jack Hojnicki, George Robert Real, Daniel Mangiafico were all caring and attentive to provide superb care. They got us back to BMW and to local relationship! Looking for getting great care now for next 3 years from other departments starting with maintenance, services as needed! The director of finance M Cazaubon was also attentive to make a long paperwork process (very long!) as smooth and pleasant as possible. Thanks.

"Kept Appointment time and diagnosed and fixed problem." Dealer employees have been helpful and courteous. Like that I come away with a clean auto. Always a plus to have the deli bar to pass time awaiting for repairs.
