"Car knowledge fine; waiting area less so." Derek Thomas was helpful getting the problem with my car resolved to my satisfaction. My complaint has to do with the waiting area. It's nice that you provide snacks and drinks. However, the blaring TV made the waiting area unpleasant. Although I originally had planned to wait, I found it so annoying I opted not to wait for a diagnosis about my car but instead requested a loaner vehicle immediately.
