"I have been a customer for years and have always been..." I have been a customer for years and have always been well taken care by my supervisor. I rarely have issues with customer service, but I have found that communication between the valet, technicians and service advisors needs some work!!! My most recent visit I provided a list of things to be completed on My car and only three of the six were addressed. I was told to bring the car back next week because they were super busy!!

"Always Good Service" I have been to many service departments throughout my lifetime with all types of cars. Every time I bring it to BMW Sarasota they greet me by name, listen to what I have to say is wrong with my car. Mine was simple, just a routine maintenance and oil change and check the tires. Derek Thomas, the service person, kept me informed of all the updates and any issues on the car. "Great Service as Always at BMW of Sarasota" I had another experience that underscored the value of driving a BMW and working with this dealership in particular. I started my day with a low tire warning on my passenger rear, and the tire was indeed low. Concerned, I had it checked out at a tire store near my home, which confirmed a nail hole that couldn't be fixed. "Went out of thier way to accommodate me" I needed to replace a tire at short notice and BMW managed to get me booked in quickly. They had the tire in stock and were happy to price match an estimate I had from another tire company. They did not stop there. They also addressed a recall issue I was not aware of and did an oil change at the same time. This saved me a lot of time and trouble associated with a follow up visit. Jorge Mere, the Assistant Service Manager did an excellent job. Thank you Jorge!
