"Courteous, friendly and helpful " Beginning with the salesman, Timothy, continuing with sales manger, Chris and ending with the financial manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name), everyone was very courteous, friendly and helpful. "Pleasantly surprised" We were very pleased with everyone involved in this process, from Jonatan Escobar to Jonathan Parker. Never having driven a BMW, we took the recommendation of a friend and an avid BMW owner John Jones, and decided to visit the dealership. "Exceptional service!" When I arrived Carlos explained what might be the problem. Again when he called to tell me my car was ready, he went over the invoice with me explaining every detail. He told me to call if any other problems arose. He has been very helpful to me because my husband died unexpected and I didn’t take care of the car.
