"Good service, use of technology." Very prompt attention when we first arrived. Clear and accurate response to our stated target. Knowledgable guide on test drive. Some misunderstanding about 2 vs 4 wheel drive, not a deal breaker. Minor price negotiation went smoothly. Dealer prep was good. Finance wrap up was as expected. Could have been a little more descriptive if docs to be signed. All behind the scenes work (Regis, title, ins, finance) was transparent. Product orientation was very good.

"New car breakdown!" Lewis Mention is the only reason I did not demand a new car. He listened carefully to what happened to me and took the car in for a thorough examination. He was calm, professional and explained what he was going to do to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave me confidence in the car again and after running the electronics and finding that it was the starter motor. "CARLOS MUÑOZ- Service Advisor at Sarasota BMW" I have been a loyal patron of this dealership for service for over 5 yrs. Even though I purchased the BMW out of state Carlos always provides me “white glove” service as if I bought the car from him. I drive over 90 mins from Tampa because he is always attentive to my needs and keeps me abreast of all potential and existing issues of service on my car. He’s always open and honest with me and the main reason why I continue to bring my vehicle for service at this dealership.

"Great service " Had a great first time service experience with BMW Sarasota when I recently brought car in for annual maintenance. From the time I dropped the car off the people I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and professional. Terrific communication throughout the service experience and I look forward to bringing my car back. "Very professional and fast" Discovered a broken camera after a Safelite windshield replacement and ordered parts overnight. Installed and called me to pick up my x5 on a Saturday!! Very pleased

"First class service department!" Took our vehicle in for routine oil change. It was also going to be due for the break service in a few months as well. Greg Jones always manages to go above and beyond for his customers. Although he is the service manager, and being a long time customer of BMW, we still prefer to deal with him.
