"Great Service " I was treated very fairly, they didn’t up sell me, and were super nice. I was updated on when my vehicle was ready and I formed of the discounts that were currently being offered.
"Caring Service " Great caring service. They make sure all service issues are handled efficiently and done correctly. They have a really cool program where the service technician will text you and walk you thru a video diagnostic of your car.

"Recent Service" Brought my car in on Sat. morning and received excellent service. Received a loaner car for the day which was a big help. Car was ready late afternoon, ahead of schedule!

"Replaced rear tail light" My service advisor Tina was prompt and professional. The work was done efficiently and they even washed my car. It all took less than one hour and I was on my way for a busy day.

"Great experience at bmw of sarasota " My husband and I have used bmw of Sarasota for two car purchases so far and both experiences have been excellent. Our recent experience was very quick, smooth (between trading in my old car and getting into a new car), and actually enjoyable. Will definitely use bmw of Sarasota again in the future.

"Excellent service" The service dept was very professional and courteous. After driving my BMW down from Massachusetts, my car was vibrating and unsafe as my tires were terribly worn. Tiffany was able to get me in right away, her team diagnosed and took care of the problem the same day. I am extremely grateful to Tiffany and her team,
