"Review concerning my purchase " I recently worked with Jack Hojnacki to consider purchasing a new BMW 540i. I did not intend to buy the car immediately. Rather, I wanted to obtain information and shop other brands as well. However, the combination of Jack's incredible sales skills and my love of BMWs, resulted in a same day purchase. My experience was excellent in all respects

"BMW of Sarasota Service was excellent " Valentina at BMW of Sarasota was able to get me in quickly for a set of new tires. They did a complete run down of my car and was able to tell me what else needed to be done. She kept me in the loop with the timing on when the car would be finished and the check in and check out process was no hassle.

"Efficient and accommodating " Our service advisor Judy was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our service took a little longer than expected but Judy offered to give us a loaner or pay for an Uber. She updated us regularly. My only complaint was we were not offered a car wash (perhaps it was assumed that we would decline due to our long wait) and the valet who I had initial contact with was a bit rude and unprofessional.

"Excellent customer service. " We are from the east coast and had an issue with our car as a result of a recent service appointment. We showed up at the dealer in sarasota with no appointment and the service manager and assistant service manager went out of their way to resolve the issue, which they did in just a few hours. They had no loaners available but managed to get us one. Great service!!!

"Dream car, dream dealer" Eric Reeves at Sarasota BMW made it possible to get the BMW X5 I had been wanting. BMW of Sarasota has upped their game over the last year and every department is stellar running like synchronized swimmers in a well oiled and tuned machine. Good job BMW Sarasota.
