"Service above and beyond expectations" Jorge kept me in the loop, resolved my problems and the repair was finished incredibly quick. No pressure, yet attentive staff when needed. An overall great experience.
"Review" See below. Susan Shoengold took over on last day of service following our advisor having to leave work due to illness. She made certain all services were completed, car washed and ck out with cashier. Even took us to our car. when done. Outstanding!!! We were very impressed with Susan.

"Flawless" Had issues at another BMW dealership. Jessica/Derek and team took care of our concerns and family needs. BMW of Sarasota truly redefined “Above Expectations” when it comes to taking care of customers. Dealership in Fort Meyers could definitely take some lessons from Sarasota.

"Derek was great" Derek was great He addressed the issues with my M5 and completed the work as promised. The technician found other issues that needed to be addtessed. The loaner was very helpful as my wife did not need to drive another car to the dealer
