"Great service" I had pleasure if working with maria service advisor along with genuis juan .both were extremely knowledgeable and ver helpful concerning my new car . They both were quite informiable. And honest . Both of these advisors are definitely an asset to sarasota bmw and epitomizes everything bmw stands for . "Quoted price is exactly what I paid" It’s so refreshing to find a center that charge is just with their quoted. Too many times getting a minor job done also and leads to OU need new brakes or your tires are pretty bad. Search was not the case at BMW of Sarasota. They quoted me my price that’s what it cost and that’s all one can ask for. Exceptional who staying and friendly service is a major plus. Will definitely be back

"Great experience purchasing our new X5" We dealt with Bobby Carr who is relatively new to the dealership. He was very customer focused and professional. He was anxious to do a deal and to get our business. He got back to us quickly with our follow up questions and when he had to move the deal to his manger to close , he still stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy.
