"Outstanding Experience" Long time luxury car owner but our first BMW , and our first visit to BMW of Sarasota. Unbelievably positive experience. On time, on schedule, less time than estimated to complete service. Car washed and vacuumed. Derek our service advisor was professional, friendly, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership and Derek!!

"Judy was outstanding, and Susan was also very helpful to su." We brought our car in for service. Judy took great care of us. The car needed to have some parts ordered, so she got us a loaner car and the service was completed on the day that it was promised. The waiting lounge is really pleasant with all kinds of refreshments, reading materials, and interesting people to talk with.

"Professional service " Had a long wait but everything was explained courteously. Price for brake fluid flush was much higher than I expected as was the price of a new battery.

"Excellent Advisor" Maria takes care of my car and my wife's car. She is always running back and forth with updates and when the car had to be left for service she called every time she said she would. She looks out for the customer and doesn't sell you things you don't need but is very honest with things that she feels you really should do. Maria is a good reason to have your car serviced at Sarasota. You should ask for her you won't be dissapointed. She is going out on maternity leave in September and we can't wait for her... read more
