"Knowledgeable Service Consultant" This was my first time meeting Carlos Munoz, and I was pleasantly surprised. He has been with BMW Sarasota for 7 years and has a true mindset of taking care of the customer, confirming my warranty coverage and ensuring my service was covered properly. "Quick service/Awesome staff" This is my second bmw I’ve owned and I’m away from my usual dealership because I’m in Sarasota for school. I was anxious to go to a place that isn’t my usual dealership but Sarasota BMW is the best! I love working with Seth Rodgers. He makes it so easy to make an appointment or even just get in contact with him for questions about your car or anything that’s going on. He’s efficient and knows his stuff. I would recommend working with him 100%.

"Prompt and excellent" Seth Rodgers made a stressful situation a breeze, he's awesome and always goes the extra mile. Through all of the vehicles I've owned and all of the service departments that I've dealt with in my adult life this has been hands down the best experience. After incurring a limp mode condition in my BMW Seth got me in, diagnosed, and back on the road in 48 hours allowing me to be able to meet my Active Duty military commitments.
