"FERNANDO SANTORI IS THE BEST SERVICE REP" When ever I have a problem or routine maintenance with either my wife's 535xi or my X5d I always make an appointment to see Fernando Santori first. Both of us know that we will treat us fairly and will not BS us and try to sell us something that we don't need. He really puts the 'customer' in customer service.

"Another positive experience!" As I think back on "My car won't start", day, I didn't call AAA to come rescue me; I called Seth Rogers, my service advisor because I was confident he would know what I needed to do. And of course he did, and was able to get my X5 scheduled for a new battery within my already overscheduled week. "Wonderful experience " Went for scheduled maintenance and to have front brakes looked at. New rotors, pads, and oil changed in record time, and as always, the service advisors and helpful and knowledgeable. Carlos was professional and got me out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. I’ll always go back to this location!!
